Tzu Chi Midwest joined forces with Puerto Rican Cultural Center in the effort to provide relocated Puerto Rican evacuees with ongoing disaster relief. A year after Hurricane Maria’s treacherous destruction, Tzu Chi continues its mission to provide crucial help and emotional support to many still affected. Twenty-five new volunteers from the Cultural Center learn more than they expect as they embrace Tzu Chi’s loving style of giving help.
