Perilous in Panama City

Nothing quite prepared the residents of Panama City, Florida for the havoc that Hurricane Michael wreaked on their town. With some areas being wholly devitalized, residents were in dire need of emergency assistance. Tzu Chi USA sent a team to do a site survey to assess the damages. While emergency shelters were put in place as a temporary option there were some who chose to continue living in their homes despite the uninhabitable conditions. With winter fast approaching, Tzu Chi USA sets up a distribution center to offer blankets and debit cards in hopes of providing relief for the suffering.
