Having provided aid to the people of Haiti since 1998, our volunteers have fostered a special relationship with residents, and hold them close to our hearts. We were there for Hurricane Georges, the earthquake in 2010, and Hurricane Sandy. So, in October of 2016, when Hurricane Matthew touched down, taking their crops, homes, source of income, and more with it, volunteers responded instantly. One year later, however, residents still feel the weight of its effects keenly on their spirits. As part of our long-term mission, we’re providing further relief.
