As he distributes shoes and rice to people in Port-au-Prince, for whom this assistance is viewed as a gift from God, one local Haitian volunteer is the first to admit how this experience has changed his outlook on life and revealed the true meaning of compassion. He’s been so inspired that he’s taken the initiative to create a Haitian version of our bamboo bank to further support our humanitarian aid missions here.
