After a series of floods have devastated the Blue Hills community in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, Tzu Chi launched the Konbit Lakay Blue Hills (Sweet Home, Blue Hills) work for relief program in December of 2014. In 5 days, Tzu Chi provided 1,600 local residents job opportunities to clean up their own community.
