For many in Cedeno – a community that has endured repeated disastrous floods – Tzu Chi helped make their greatest dream come true: They received permanent homes thanks to our housing project and contributed their work during the construction process. As our volunteers returned to distribute food staples in this impoverished region, many volunteered to help, having discovered the gift and joy of giving.
