Rice Brings Hope in Cité Soleil

In the commune of Cité Soleil, Haiti, hunger is an extreme and prevalent issue. A bag of rice can mean the difference between going hungry, and providing a warm meal to help one’s family survive. Joining hands once more with the people of Haiti, Tzu Chi volunteers distributed over 3,800 bags of nutritious rice to nearly 2,000 families.
