Father Valon of the Blue Hills area, Cap-Haitien, Haiti, does his best to care for his parish. But with perpetual poverty and frequent flooding, even being able to sleep comfortably is a luxury. In May 2015, Tzu Chi donated 1500 sturdy and comfortable foldable beds to the victims of the last floods.
