Most villages in the Gulf of Fonseca, Honduras, rely on fishing but inclement weather often inhibits it making life here extremely difficult. On top of which, villages such as Guapinol are still struggling to recover from the massive floods that devastated many coastal communities in 2016. Tzu Chi’s Work-For-Food program is making a tangible difference, helping relieve hunger and clear the debris left by the floods.
