Earthquake Relief in Ecuador

On April 16, 2016 a massive earthquake struck Ecuador, devastating coastal regions where thousands of buildings collapsed. Tzu Chi mobilized immediately, and a disaster assessment team arrived in Ecuador on April 28. Just one week later, a “Cash-For-Relief” program was launched in several cities. This series takes you behind the scenes, and documents the progress of Tzu Chi’s emergency relief mission in Ecuador in vivid detail. Tzu Chi is now providing long term aid in Ecuador.
