Tzu Chi USA premiered its documentary “Ecuador Se Levanta” in NYC, letting the Ecuadorian community join Tzu Chi’s Ecuador earthquake relief mission by watching. As the audience – which included New York State Supreme Court Judge Carmen Velásquez and Ecuadorian Consul Susana Cortazar – followed the relief mission from start to finish, their hearts were deeply moved by the amount of aid and support Tzu Chi had provided.
