The logistics of creating a list of people that need disaster aid are complex and involve obtaining a lot of personal information. Sometimes people won’t trust an outsider, so the help of local volunteers is essential. The confidence that one volunteer who’s with San Gregorio’s Public Works Department has in us paved the way: “I saw that deep inside love moves you, and love can move mountains, and I know that we can achieve it together.”
