Tzu Chi volunteers in the Los Angeles Harbor Region mobilized to distribute cloth masks to vulnerable populations that need extra support during the COVID-19 pandemic. They gave masks to day laborers at the Harbor City Community Job Center, many of whom are struggling as their livelihoods have been affected. Tzu Chi Community Clinic in Wilmington also provided masks to residents, some with pre-existing health conditions.
