Three years may have passed since California’s historic Camp Fire, but the effects of such a tragedy are long-lasting, and the hearts of many remain heavy with loss. With Tzu Chi Volunteers’ continued love and relief, however, hope has at last returned for a single mom named Tamra South. See how volunteers and friends helped her attain a safe environment to live in after her home was impacted by the fire.
