From our last day at the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, Tzu Chi hosts a panel where it shares its approach to disasters under differing circumstances. There, we learned from other players in the disaster relief arena what their specific challenges are and how we may come together to resolve the problems neglected populations face together.
