When things take a turn for the worst, Tzu Chi is a constant, giving aid to those in need. When France experienced the terrible 2016 flood in the Centre region, volunteers from throughout Europe were set in motion, ready to provide effective disaster relief and distributions of cash cards that would go towards helping survivors get back on their feet.
