“I just felt this stirring to go, you know, why not? Seeing people in need, my heart I guess just moves – like a mom.” one Austin resident had expressed, and it’s a sentiment that our Tzu Chi relief volunteers truly empathize with – providing compassionate care to those in need, no matter the distance as one family. Our volunteers also met with the Mayor of Dickinson, Texas, Julie Masters, to make preparations for our upcoming Hurricane Harvey distribution.
