They share about their living situation when they come to our food distributions, “I haven’t worked since the pandemic started,” or, “food is very expensive.” Many families in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County in California depend on Tzu Chi USA’s aid, and when they come to a distribution, the line often extends around the corner.
