As the victims of recent floods in France gathered together for Tzu Chi’s cash card distribution ceremony in the town of Salbris in Sologne, they didn’t know what to expect. But by the end of the evening, some were moved to tears and everyone rose in unison to applaud the volunteers who had come to help them. Learning that the financial aid they received was part of a chain of love was a beautiful discovery.
