Historic rains caused flash flooding on the Hawaiian island of Kauai on April 14, 2018. The island was under nearly 50 inches of water within 24 hours. Many were left homeless, and both financially and emotionally burdened. With great love, Tzu Chi USA is providing financial aid to those who have been affected by the flooding in order to assist in the construction of their homes and their lives.
