“I felt like I was actually a hero to my daughter,” Ken Larsen told us. At the start of the pandemic, he was able to coordinate PPE donations – including N95s – from Tzu Chi USA to Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, CA, where his daughter, Heather Weinmuller, works as a registered ICU nurse.
