In 2011, Tzu Chi Foundation USA entered Honduras to provide its first mission in disaster relief in the small town of Marcovia, badly hit by severe floods. Now able to focus on their healthcare needs, volunteers returned to host the very first medical outreach there and in its neighboring city, Choluteca. Witness what challenges confront the medical volunteers four years later and what glimmers of hope lay on their horizon.
