The struggles the nuns in Canoa have endured since the earthquake only deepened their faith, as they’ve been living in accordance with the Gospel, suffering with their own flesh. But now they have reason to rejoice thanks to our rebuilding of their church and grounds: “It was providential from God that the volunteers of Tzu Chi came here and will now help us to rebuild a place to pray, a place to live, and a place to learn.”
