Tzu Chi volunteers are getting the ball rolling in Ecuador. On the same trip that they will herald and celebrate the grand re-opening of La Parroquia San Andrés in Canoa, volunteers are making preparations to offer quality medical care to the people of nearby Manta, Ecuador.
