Tzu Chi Medical Foundation is always humming with new ways to make progress, reaching out to communities in need, and 2016 has been quite a busy year! With permanent clinics as well as our mobile clinics, volunteers can offer medical outreach efficiently, providing necessary services to those who would not otherwise have access.
