As part of the 60th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, Tzu Chi and its partners hosted a workshop focusing on means to empower women to be leaders in sustainable development. Speakers highlighted the importance of education, but also how improvements in something as basic as cooking methods can make a world of difference in the living conditions, potential and health of women and children.
