In Portoviejo, Ecuador, local medical students are invited to join TIMA to expand its medical mission. Doctors, professors and students alike understand the importance of humanitarian work—especially in areas of the world where medical resources aren’t readily accessible. Modeled after Tzu Chi’s primary agenda, TIMA’s mission encourages students to serve with compassion.
