CSW69 Women on the Move
Series: Tzu Chi Joins CSW69On March 20, 2025, The “Women on the Move: Inclusive, Intersectional, and Faith-Sensitive Approaches in the Humanitarian Sector” session brought together thought leaders to discuss the powerful intersection of gender, faith, and humanitarian work to provide sustainable support for displaced women and girls.
Through conversations blending these central pillars to highlight the importance of women, the best practices and innovative approaches for gender equality were explored. Branda Ng, of Tzu Chi Global Partnership and Youth Development, reminded that, “One person can walk fast, but a team of people can walk further. As the woman moves, the world moves together.” Her words resonated deeply with the audience in recognition of the power of collective action in improving lives.
Together, these inspiring voices affirmed that with faith, community, and a commitment to inclusion, a lasting impact on the lives of women and refugees worldwide can be made.
