When you consider that over 80% of the information you take in from the world is through your eyes, the importance of their health cannot be overlooked. Impoverished communities often times lack access to this basic health necessities. In order to resolve this issue, Tzu Chi Medical is providing free optometry services to the underprivileged residents of Los Angeles County, and help them to see a better world.
