“Something can change in just one day…” For Tosha, a mother from Ukraine, that day meant leaving behind her home, loved ones, and the life she once knew. The hardest part was answering her children’s questions: “Why aren’t we at home? Why can’t we see grandma and grandpa?”
Amid the uncertainty, hope appeared through the kindness of strangers. At the Tzu Chi Mobile Clinic in our Northwest Region, Tosha’s family found not just medical care, but also compassion and comfort.
With the support of the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation and its volunteers, families like hers continue to find healing, dignity, and the strength to move forward.
