It was as night began to fall on January 11, 2017, and many were settling in for dinner, that Tzu Chi New York volunteers came together in Manhattan to prepare for a vegetarian soup kitchen. A diverse spread of scrumptious and healthy meals were prepared for the underserved at the Unitarian Church of All Souls.
