Mr. Kaulave and Miss Kay have a deep passion for helping those in need, but a lack of balance between family time and volunteering caused them a great deal of pain in the past. When the entire Kaulave Family starts working with Tzu Chi, a volunteer organization, Mr. Kaulave worries the same thing will happen once again.
