Who We Are
Performing “From Vow to Action” in our “Thousands of Helping Hands” charity concert, is volunteer Sheng-Tzung Tsai. Sheng worked at Tzu Chi hospital in Hualien, Taiwan, for 12 years, and is now in the US, doing medical research at Harvard Medical School as well as Massachusetts General Hospital.
