Who We Are
On April 25th, 2015, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake shook Nepal, causing massive damage and many fatalities. The strength of the quake took the homes of many as well. Quickly mobilizing, 312 Tzu Chi volunteers from 11 countries provided emergency aid for 109 days, and our long-term support continues. 105,526 people were provided with essentials, such as hot meals, and a compassionate ear.
