As part of the New York Medicaid 1115 Waiver, Tzu Chi USA’s Northeast Region provides healthy, vegetarian hot meals to communities across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Elmhurst, and Flushing.
Each meal is thoughtfully prepared with less salt and oil, while remaining colorful, flavorful, and nourishing, because good health starts with good food.
