Tzu Chi USA’s 36th Anniversary Retreat
At the conclusion of a three-day retreat commemorating Tzu Chi USA’s 36th anniversary, more than 200 participants from across the nation came together to exchange blessings and heartfelt farewells. United in spirit and purpose, everyone moved forward with renewed resolve, setting their sights on Tzu Chi’s 60th anniversary next year and many other meaningful milestones ahead.
Watch the highlights from three days and two nights of Dharma study, reflection, and learning alongside inspiring community partners. The retreat featured powerful insights from David Goodwin, Community Partnership Manager at the American Red Cross; Andrew Cherng, Founder of Panda Express; and Anil Vadaparty, CEO of McKinley Children’s Center. Their shared wisdom, compassion, and leadership made this gathering both a privilege and a joy.
As Tzu Chi USA CEO Debbie Lee expressed, “Words cannot fully convey the gratitude and emotion in my heart! I hope everyone will reflect on how Tzu Chi can enter its forties with clarity and wisdom. With firm resolve on the path, may Tzu Chi USA continue for another thirty-six years, and may we walk the Bodhisattva Path life after life!”
