At a COP26 side event hosted by the World Wildlife Foundation in Glasgow, Scotland, panelist Gopal Patel, Co-Founder and Director of Bhumi Global cautions, “we live in a world that is out of balance, that is not in harmony with itself… we’ve lost this spirit of living and giving to others in a selfless manner.”

Speaking alongside him at “Climate and Nature: The Role of Faith-Based Organizations in Securing an Equitable, Net Zero Emissions, and Nature Positive World for All,” are prominent guests that include Debra Boudreaux, Tzu Chi SDG Action Team Lead; Karenna Gore, Founder & Executive Director of the Center for Earth Ethics, and Sister Jayanti Kirpalani, European Director of the Brahma Kumaris.

But, Gopal suggests it is not all doom and gloom: “if we live in a spirit and in a mood of service,” then, he believes, we may restore this balance. See for yourself in the latest video, filmed at the Panda Hub at the COP26 Blue Zone.
