In a movement inspired by Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, a teenager herself, New York City’s schoolchildren rallied in Foley Square, New York City on September 20, 2019 to express their concern for climate inaction. With residents of all ages, including parents and seniors supporting them, those who joined the Climate Strike made their hope for a better future- that starts now- loud and clear.
