This September, the International Panel on Climate Change released a Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate, which details the effects it has on developing nations. We listened into a panel that featured voices from scientific spheres as well as governmental ones, including the Kingdom of Bhutan, which is already feeling the brunt of climate change’s force.
